In the Index Defaults you define the base location for indexes and caches, as well as the Analyzer to use.

indexdefaults

Zilverline allows you to specify a different (lucene) Analyzer. A default Analyzer is defined in the Index Defaults. You can override this per Collection. If you do not specify a Analyzer at all, the org.apache.lucene.analysis.standard.StandardAnalyzer is used. Zilverline includes a number of Analyzers from lucene, as well as from the contributions available from the lucene repository.

These Analyzers are used when indexing the collections. Searching is performed with the Analyzer defined for the CollectionManager.

You can choose between:

  • org.apache.lucene.analysis.standard.StandardAnalyzer (default)
  • org.apache.lucene.analysis.SimpleAnalyzer
  • org.apache.lucene.analysis.StopAnalyzer
  • org.apache.lucene.analysis.WhitespaceAnalyzer
  • org.apache.lucene.analysis.de.GermanAnalyzer
  • org.apache.lucene.analysis.ru.RussianAnalyzer

  • org.apache.lucene.analysis.cz.CzechAnalyzer
  • org.apache.lucene.analysis.fr.FrenchAnalyzer
  • org.apache.lucene.analysis.nl.DutchAnalyzer
  • org.apache.lucene.analysis.br.BrazilianAnalyzer
  • org.apache.lucene.analysis.cjk.CJKAnalyzer
  • org.apache.lucene.analysis.cn.ChineseAnalyzer
